The Riverview Park Project in the heart of downtown Waupaca Wisconsin is both a trout habitat and an educational project. It will highlight and showcase many of the clasic trout habitat structures that are used by WDNR and Trout Unlimited to improve a streams fish carrying capacity. It will improve park visitors understanding of what Trout Unlimited does and is all about, garner support for our effots as well as encourage stream advocacy.

The project is supported by the Chapters of the Central Region of Wisconsin Trout Unlimited, Friends of Wisconsin TU, Wisconsin DNR, both the city and county of Waupaca and Challenge the Outdoors Group.

The project has three components: Trout Habitat structures; a Kiosk explaining where the structures are and what they do; and Handicaped Fishing Access to the best hole in the Project Area.
